Delete your account

You can delete your Cosmia account from getcosmia.com. The process is only available on the web; you must sign in with the account you want to remove.

Go to Manage (your account page), open the Security tab, and scroll to the account deletion section. Click “Delete account” to open the confirmation dialog.

For security, the system displays a random 7-character code. You must type it exactly in the field provided. When it matches, you can confirm deletion.

This action is irreversible. All data linked to your account — manuscripts, projects, wiki, profile, subscriptions, and everything else — is removed as described in the privacy policy. Support cannot recover your account or your data once the process is complete.

If you only want to stop paying, you can cancel your subscription from the billing portal without deleting your account. Delete your account only if you are sure you will not use Cosmia again.
